Terms of Service

Birdie saves what you text it and shows it back to you in a private, searchable feed. It's in beta: it's free for now, things may occasionally wobble, and features may change as we build.

Everything you send stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it, back it up, and show it to you. Don't use Birdie to store or transmit anything illegal, and don't attempt to break into other people's nests.

Your account is tied to your phone number. Keep your phone secure: anyone who can text from your number and access your sign-in code can reach your nest. You can sign out of all devices from the dashboard menu.

We aim for Birdie to be fast and dependable, but during beta we can't promise uninterrupted service, and message delivery ultimately depends on carriers and Apple's iMessage network. Export your nest any time. Your data is never held hostage.

You can stop using Birdie whenever you like (text STOP, and/or email hello@textbirdie.com to delete your account). We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other people.

To the maximum extent the law allows, Birdie is provided "as is" during beta, and our total liability is limited to what you've paid us, which, right now, is nothing.
