Your notes are yours. We store them so you can search them, we don't read them, we don't sell them, and you can export or delete them whenever you like.

Your phone number: it's how your notes find your nest and how you sign in. Your messages: the texts, photos, and links you send to Birdie become your notes. Basic technical logs: delivery metadata from our messaging provider (SendBlue) and short-lived request logs that keep the service healthy. Raw delivery logs are deleted after 30 days.

We never sell your data, never show ads, never train AI models on your notes, and never share your content with anyone except the service providers below, and then only as needed to run Birdie.

SendBlue transmits iMessage/SMS to and from our number. Railway hosts our servers and database. That's the list. Each holds only what passing your messages through requires.

Export your whole nest as JSON any time from the dashboard menu. Delete individual notes in the app. Want your account and everything in it erased? Email hello@textbirdie.com from any address and include your phone number. We'll confirm by text and wipe it.

Birdie only ever replies to numbers that text us first. Reply STOP at any time to stop all replies; reply HELP for help. Standard message rates may apply.

If this policy changes materially while you have an account, we'll text you, since it's the one channel we know you have.
